Obtaining Opening a Business Place and Work License

Metropolitan Municipalities for the places wihtin the borders of mucipality or contiguous areas or Organized Industrial Zones Administrations for the places within the borders of Organized Industrial Zones or Special Provincial Administrations for other places

Duration (day):

• For sanitary work places: the same day with the application,
• For resting and entertainment work places open to use: 1 month,
• For the first category unsanitary work places: 10 days,
• For the second and the third categories unsanitary work places: 5 days.

Necessary Documents

For sanitary work places and resting and entertainment work places open to use:

• Rent contract or copy of deed,
• Certificate of registry and chamber registration document for craftsmen and artisans,
• Necessary permit document for the places governed by Commonhold Law,
• Certificate of occupancy for the places required specific construction,
• Necessary permit document for the places required road traffic security,
• Fire report for the places required fire report,
  

For unsanitary work places:

• Application form,
• Site plan on which heald protection band is marked (for the first category unsanitary places and certain the second category unsanitary places determined in the By-Law),
• In charge director contract (for the first category unsanitary places),
• Opening Permit Report (for the first category unsanitary places),
• Rent contract or copy of deed,
• Favourable EIA Document for the places in the context of EIA By-Law,
• Necessary permit document for the places required road traffic security*,
• Fire report for the places required fire report*,
• Emission permit document for the places required emission permit*,
• Discharge permit document for the places required discharge permit*,
• Dangerous waste license for the places required dangerous waste license*.

*The documents are required for the second category unsanitary work places. If they are subjected to the conditions the third category work places should submit the marked documents. The documents were submitted to the related administrations during the EIA Report process cannot be requested again by the authorities.
