YOIKK Technical Committees Action Plans-2010

There are 12 Technical Committees within the Coordination Council for the Improvement of the Investment Environment conducting studies to solve the problems faced by the investors on the areas of:

• Company Transaction
• Employment
• Licensing
• Location of Investment
• Taxes and Incentives
• Foreign Trade and Customs
• Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
• Investment Promotion
• Foreign Direct Investment Legislation
• SMEs
• Corporate Governance
• Research and Development

The YOIKK Technical Committee Action Plans, which were initially prepared in 2007 with the aim to enable the performance evaluation and revised on the 12^nd YOIKK Meeting on January 30, 2008, were reviewed on the 13^th YOIKK Meeting on January 11, 2009 and reviewed on the 14th YOIKK Meeting on March 11,2010 to tackle the bottlenecks faced by the investors.

The YOIKK Technical Committee Action Plans for 2011 has been prepared at the 15^th YOIKK Meeting, comprising the activities planned to be realized in 2011 by YOIKK Technical Committees to streamline the investment environment. YOIKK Technical Committees Action Plan has been announced on March 11,2011.

The achievements on the Action Plan items will be monthly followed by the YOIKK Secretariat and the Steering Committee will be informed about the progress. The Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ali Babacan, the Chairman of the YOIKK, will regularly inform the Council of Ministers about the YOIKK achievements. In addition, public will be informed about the progress achieved in terms of the Action Plans via the Ministry of Economy web site quarterly.
